Major Department Operations

1. Board of Directors: Making resolutions on the matters such as regulations of the company, annual operating principles, establishment, alteration or revocation of domestic and foreign branches, tobacco and alcohol prices and retail commissions, appointments and dismissals of president and senior vice presidents, regulations on company personnel, rules and regulations of the company's materials management.

2. Chairman: Implementing resolutions of the Board, externally representing the company, internally managing all the matters related to the meetings of the Board, convening Board meetings as the chairman, and addressing important issues which needs to be urgently addressed by the Board. But the resolutions shall be brought to and ratified by the Board of Directors.

3. 4. Secretariat, Board of Directors: Managing regular businesses of the Board.

5. President (office): Managing overall businesses according to resolutions of the Board and decisions of the chairman.

6. Senior Vice President (office): Assisting the president in managing overall businesses.

7. Division of Marketing & Sales: Being responsible for the sales planning, sales, marketing, logistics management, and customer service of the domestic and foreign markets of tobacco and liquor, biotechnology products and other related products, performing supervision and management of labor safety and health, fire protection and pollution prevention of each office, and command and control of the organizations under its administration.

8. Division of Liquor: Being responsible for the research and development, production management, technology management, materials management, procurement planning, cost management, product marketing, engineering works of the liquor (except beer), alcohol, related products and the packaging materials, performing management and supervision of labor safety and health, fire protection and pollution prevention of each plant, and command and control of all the organizations under its administration.

9. Division of Beer: Being responsible for the research and development, production management, technology management, materials management, procurement planning, cost management, product marketing, engineering works of the beer, related products and the packaging materials, performing management and supervision of labor safety and health, fire protection and pollution prevention of each plant (works), and command and control of all the organizations under its administration.

10. Division of Tobacco: Being responsible for the research and development, production management, technology management, materials management, procurement planning, cost management, product marketing, engineering works of the tobacco and related products and the packaging materials, the management and supervision of the labor safety and health, fire protection and pollution prevention of each plant, and the command and control of all the organizations under its administration.

11. Division of Biotechnology: Managing the matters such as R&D and brand marketing of biotechnology products, such as health food, cosmetics, cleaning products, health-care food etc.

12. Department of International Business: Being responsible for the matters such as procurement, import, export, marketing, and promotion of liquor, tobacco, raw materials and various related products, and management of duty-free shops. - 4 -

13. Department of Planning: Being responsible for the matters such as company policies, objectives, strategies, medium, long-term and annual plans, planning and assessment of new business plan, public relations, crisis management, news, and planning and implementation of total quality management.

14. Department of Finance: Being responsible for the matters such as finance scheduling, cash receipts and disbursements, capital and property management, stock management, etc

15. Department of Information Management: Being responsible for the planning, design and implementation management of the information systems, the bidding and management of information systems? outsourcing businesses, the purchase, maintenance, operation and management of hard and soft equipments, other matters related to information management.

16. Department of Legal Affairs: Handling company's general legal affairs, external litigation, establishment and management of internal rules and regulations, consultation and interpretation of laws, maintenance of intellectual property, and so forth.

17. Department of General Affairs: Handling general affairs, purchases, clerical work, architecture and safety management, and other matters which are not the matters of any other units.

18. Department of Safety and Health: Drawing up, planning, supervising, and promoting safety and health management, pollution prevention, fire protection, and so forth, and guiding the relevant departments in implementation.

19. Department of Accounting: Handling budgets, final accounts, accounting, statistics, and operational revenue analysis, and so forth

20. Department of Human Resource: Establishing strategic planning of human resources, appointing, dismissing, recruiting, evaluating and punishing, training, and handling salary, welfare, and labor relations, and so forth.

21. Department of Civil Service Ethics: Handling the matters of civil service ethics and safety management, and so forth.

22. Offices: Managing overall office operations according to decisions of the president and the vice president of the Division of Marketing & Sales.

23. Distilleries, Winery, and Liquor Research Institute: Managing overall plant operations according to decisions of the president and the vice president of the Division of Liquor.

24. Breweries: Managing overall plant operations according to decisions of the president and the vice president of the Division of Beer.
